Worst experience ever(NO BUSINESS ETHIC)

I booked in advance on make my trip, upon arrival I was terrified by the look of the shady location which had dreadful accessibility (dangerous roads/paths) leading towards the place. Terrible customer service: When i arrived at the hotel reception the three reception staff was giggling on their phones and took a couple mins to pay me attention. Scam: When I showed the reception staff and hotel manager the booking confimation they then told me I would have to pay an additional Rs.1000 per night and blamed make my trip saying they haven’t updated their prices and refused to check me in. I called my travel agent who made contact with make my trip and make my trip informed us this is not the case and the hotel would have to honour the pre booking. The hotel still refused to check me in. The travel agent then had to call make my trip again who called the hotel. WASTING Almost 2hrs in the hotel lobby. In the end I finally got checked in. I WAS LATE FOR A MEETING: The room when I entered was appalling no hygiene cockroach and bug attraction kinda place. Dirty towels and bathroom mats feet marks. Stains on bed sheets and covers. In the end my friend helped me find another air BNB and I checked out that same evening. When I complained The hotel manager told me I got the best room available. I wish I took pictures but I was so distraught stressed and upset. Please BEAWARE.

This is not among the super luxurious hotel. But if you are in town for a business tour or a small family holiday where are you do not expect a swimming pool or five star rating room service then this is a perfect hotel to stay because it is the rate every cheap and you good get good rooms in and around Rs.3000

This is OK place to drink and dine in Thane. One can have average service and food at this place. Place is closed restaurance where u can have ur drink and food both. Its budget place for drink and food . You can throw small and average party here for your hard drink lovers.

You can find many hotels like this in thane, food is average means you can eat it. Poor interior, poor and rigid receprion and staff behaviour. Highly over priced. Don't order food form the restaurant. No parking.

In 24 hours I changed rooms twice! A disgusting dirty hotel with a lazy manager . The rooms and beds have BUGS and ants .. beds sheets have insects on them, the black bugs stick on you! The red ants crawling onto you!! Lot of wi fi issues, telephone showers leaking and no handles... absolutely misleading reviews from in house friends of the hotel perhaps. The breakfast area is like a bus stop canteen, dirty, cold stale looking food in three baine maries. A noisy hotel ! The only plus point of this hotel is Vaishali , at the reception, who is very helpful but what can she do if the hotel is falling apart.
